Hard 'n' Soft Tech was formed in 1993 as a division of El Jay Enterprises (a privately held investment company) to handle the retailing of hardware and software products for computers. Over the years the emphasis has shifted gradually to the design and creation of Internet web pages. While we still do take orders for computer products, the main thrust of the company has been in the design area since 1996. El Jay Enterprises to this day makes most of the profit. Meanwhile, Hard 'n' Soft Tech provides most of the fun, but is not very profitable. At our prices, this business has most of the earmarks of a hobby. It allows an Architect turned Accountant a creative outlet to satisfy frustrated job satisfaction elements.
